Watches

The watch model is live: you can follow a program, a field, or all changes, and the engine computes which changes each watch matches. Delivery (email/webhook) is not yet enabled — this is an honest Alpha of the underlying model and UI, not a notification service.

Delivery log

Alerts run from python manage.py alerts. With no SMTP configured, messages are written to a local preview outbox (var/outbox/) so the pipeline is fully testable. Wording is neutral and factual.
